Strength training can be beneficial for our bones as well as our muscles, as the right amount of force can help lay down bone to increase bone density. Learn how to safely build muscle and bone strength in this small group training class.
Our ACE certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Aggie Bitney will teach you how to safely and effectively strength train. Using a variety of equipment including machines, free weights, bands and your own body weight, you will learn how to use proper form to safely build muscle & bone strength, and help reduce your risk of osteoporosis.
