Sign up must be completed in full. Our Programs do accept sign ups on the same day of the program starting as long as all spots are not full - but we recommend signing up early to avoid being turned away if all spots are taken!
Full payment must be received at the time of sign up. Our Programs do fill up and this allows us to make sure spots are filled with people planning to attend.
Please give us a 48 hour notice prior to the start date of the program if you need to cancel. We can only admit as many people as we have spots for. If someone is taking a spot that they don't intend to keep, then we must be able to move someone off the wait list and into that spot. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the program starting will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions.
Refunds are not allowed due to absences or inability to complete the program.
Non-members will be granted access to all Granite locations for the 8 week program. This does not include any needed daycare access. Daycare access will be a separate charge if needed.
Your coach's contact information will be given to you at the beginning of the program. Please contact them for any issues related to the program. If an issue arises that you would like to talk to a manager, please contact Jenn Thompson at firstname.lastname@example.org
