If meal prepping is a new idea to you and you are not sure how to get started or what recipes to start with, this package will get you set up for success. Shelly gives you the shopping list, recipes, and will walk you through how to successfully meal prep in your own kitchen. Recipes change quarterly and can be tailored to your needs. You can do this on your own or with a group.
