Sign up must be completed in full. Our School Out Fun Day Camps do accept sign ups on the day the program begins as long as all spots are not full - but we recommend signing up early to avoid being turned away if all spots are taken!
Full payment must be received at the time of sign up. Our Camps do fill up and this allows us to make sure spots are filled with people planning to attend.
Please give us a 24 hour notice as a minimum if you need to cancel. We staff our Camps based on planned attendance. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of Camp starting will be charged the full amount due to staffing already being in place. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please pack a snack for your child in a labeled bag. We ask that you keep the snack nut-free as we won't know what kind of allergies we have in the room until the day of camp!
Your kiddos will be active & moving most of the Camp! They will want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes! We sometimes do crafts that can get a bit fun & messy, so also keep that in mind. We also have swim lessons on some of our Camp days - if that is the case, they will want to pack a swimsuit, a towel, and a plastic bag to put their wet suit in after!
The information you put on the sign up sheet is the information we will use to contact you in case of an emergency. Please keep your cell phone with you in case we need to contact you during the Camp.
School Out Fun Day Camp runs from 12:30-3:30pm. Please be on time to pick up your child. If you are late - then you will be charged a $15 late fee per child. If you are late on 3 occasions, you will no longer be allowed to drop off your child for School Out Fun Days.
