The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. This is a 10 week program for any fitness level with a focus on a reset of mind and body. Our focus is to help participants set attainable goals with fitness, nutrition, and an overall improvement of mindset and functional living. No matter what your goals are (lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, learn better self-control) this group has you covered! Certified Personal Trainer Gina Kurtz will be leading this program.

We developed this class for building muscle and developing total-body strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer as your primary tool. When you train with the Suspension Trainer, every movement is a core movement and you develop real strength that will help you perform better in any activity, sport or other training that you do. Having a strong core means more than having a visible six-pack. Your core muscles generate the stability needed to effectively perform any athletic movement like throwing, swinging, striking and twisting.

This class focuses on safely building strength using barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight exercises. Learn how to squat, deadlift, bench press, and more. Class will be limited to 4 people to help ensure quality instruction on each movement. Each person will receive personalized programming suited to their needs and strength goals.
