The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. Koordinated Kids is a unique activities program for the elementary aged kid. This program uses fun and games to increase the use of both sides of the brain and body. The increased neurological connection of cross body integration has profound effects on the developing brain. These types of activities can help with attention and focus, increase sleep, better body balance, spatial awareness and coordination.
