The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. Speed School


Do you like to WIN? Well, you have to be fast to win. Most training programs do not train for speed. Speed training is neurological not muscular. Izzi’s speed school is unlike anything else. Using cutting edge training techniques derived from real life practice. Evaluation and video of sprint mechanics, foot to ground interaction education and training, ankle strengthening, neuro-muscular reset and program design that will have you running faster and jumping higher.

Koordinated Kids is a unique activities program for the elementary aged kid. This program uses fun and games to increase the use of both sides of the brain and body. The increased neurological connection of cross body integration has profound effects on the developing brain. These types of activities can help with attention and focus, increase sleep, better body balance, spatial awareness and coordination.

Weight Training for Beginners


This is a course for teens/preteens ages 11-19. It will be three 1 hour group sessions per week for 6 weeks over the summer, covering the basics of weight training, form, function of muscles, and injury prevention. The classes will range from standard barbell bench press, barbell squat, and barbell deadlift, with a multitude of accessory complimenting exercises. This will ensure a fully rounded physique development, and proper muscular contractions throughout different ranges of motion(ROM).

We developed this class for building muscle and developing total-body strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer as your primary tool. When you train with the Suspension Trainer, every movement is a core movement and you develop real strength that will help you perform better in any activity, sport or other training that you do. Having a strong core means more than having a visible six-pack. Your core muscles generate the stability needed to effectively perform any athletic movement like throwing, swinging, striking and twisting.
