Granite Health and Fitness' Small Group Training is progressive and results driven, with sessions lasting 4 weeks meeting one to three times a week. The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. Barbell Strength for Women


This class focuses on safely building strength using barbell, kettlebell, and bodyweight exercises. Learn how to squat, deadlift, bench press, and more. Class will be limited to 4 people to help ensure quality instruction on each movement. Each person will receive personalized programming suited to their needs and strength goals.

Building Strong Muscles as well as Strong Bones

Strong Bones


Strength training can be beneficial for our bones as well as our muscles, as the right amount of force can help lay down bone to increase bone density. Learn how to safely build muscle and bone strength in this small group training class.

Our ACE certified Medical Exercise Specialist, Aggie Bitney will teach you how to safely and effectively strength train. Using a variety of equipment including machines, free weights, bands and your own body weight, you will learn how to use proper form to safely build muscle & bone strength, and help reduce your risk of osteoporosis.

Mommy/Baby Yoga


Mom/Baby Yoga provides an opportunity for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby and to make friends with other moms. The babies benefit from the bonding time with mom, and the stimulating environment of new baby friends. Learn how to safely and effectively get a great yoga experience while interacting with your little one. Gently work on your postpartum body whether you are six weeks out or a year, variations for every stage and every level, no previous yoga experience required. Recommended baby ages 0-12 months.
