The class size is limited to only 5-10 members to provide you personalized attention to ensure proper form and keep your motivation high. Stand Up Paddleboard


Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, or SUP Yoga, is the natural extension of the timeless practice of yoga fused with an exciting water sport. There is an added challenge of balance and stabilization as you practice yoga on the water. Students first learn the basics of SUP by becoming familiar with mounting the board and core stabilization. Low center of gravity poses then begin to fire muscles most of us, even advanced yoga practitioners and fitness enthusiasts, haven't tapped into on a regular basis. As our series advances, we begin to flow into more challenging poses. This series is open to all levels of practice and no SUP experience is required. Ability to swim to edge of pool from center is required.
