Take On the Hyrox PFT!


Join us for an exhilarating challenge at Granite Fitness Center as we host the official HYROX Physical Fitness Test on Saturday, March 2nd. This dynamic event is designed to test your limits, push your boundaries, and introduce you to the world of HYROX – the ultimate fitness competition!

The HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is making waves in gyms worldwide, and now's your chance to experience the excitement firsthand. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, the PFT is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and see what you're truly capable of achieving.

What is a HYROX PFT?

During the PFT, participants will tackle a series of intense fitness challenges, including a 1000m run, 50 burpee broad jumps, 100 stationary lunges, 1000m row, 30 push-ups (hand release), and 100 wall balls. This comprehensive test will push your cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and mental toughness to the limit.

No matter your fitness level or experience, there's a place for you at the HYROX PFT. Complete the test at your own pace and receive a certificate and award for your accomplishment. Plus, there's no time limit – just your determination to succeed!

HYROX has rankings for gold/silver/bronze. Those rankings are:

GOLD

  • <45 years old: Sub 22 minutes
  • >45 years old: Sub 24 minutes

SILVER

  • <45 years old: Sub 26 minutes
  • >45 years old: Sub 28 minutes

BRONZE

  • <45 years old: Over 26 minutes
  • >45 years old: Over 28 minutes

Each finisher will get a patch that matches their ranking at the end of their performance.

This is the workout:

  • 1000m Run
  • 50 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 100 Stationary Lunges
  • 1000m Row
  • 30 Push Up (Hand Release)
  • 100 Wall balls (6kg male / 4 kg female)
