Sign up must be completed in full. Our Programs do accept sign ups on the same day of the program starting as long as all spots are not full – but we recommend signing up early to avoid being turned away if all spots are taken!
Full payment must be received at the time of sign up. Our Programs do fill up and this allows us to make sure spots are filled with people planning to attend.
Please give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. We staff our programs based on planned attendance. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the program starting will be charged the full amount due to staffing already being in place. No exceptions.
If your child misses a day of the program for any reason, we do not offer make up classes.
Your kiddos will be active & moving during most of our kids programs! They will want to wear comfortable clothes and shoes! We sometimes do crafts that can get a bit fun & messy, so also keep that in mind.
If your child is signed up for soccer – please bring a soccer ball (size 4) to the program. If your child is signed up for basketball – please bring a youth sized basketball to the program. This helps alleviate fighting over the extra equipment we have. Also bring a water bottle if possible!
The information you put on the sign up sheet is the information we will use to contact you in case of an emergency. Please keep your cell phone with you in case we need to contact you during the activity.
Our Kids Programs run for 40 minutes. Please make sure you are on time for pick up!
If you are signed up for an outdoor program, please meet us at the location indicated for practice! Also – be mindful of things like sunscreen and extra water if it is hot!Tweet
