Swim Lesson Program Policies

Sign Up

Sign up must be completed in full. Our Programs do accept sign ups on the same day of the program starting as long as all spots are not full - but we recommend signing up early to avoid being turned away if all spots are taken!


Full payment must be received at the time of sign up. Our Programs do fill up and this allows us to make sure spots are filled with people planning to attend.


Please give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. We staff our programs based on planned attendance. Cancellations that occur within 7 days of the program starting will be charged the full amount due to staffing already being in place. No exceptions.

Absence from program

If your child misses a day of the program for any reason, we do not offer make up classes.

What to wear/bring

Your kiddos will want to wear comfortable swimwear and bring a cozy towel for after their lesson! They may also want goggles!

Contact Information

The information you put on the sign up sheet is the information we will use to contact you in case of an emergency. Please keep your cell phone with you in case we need to contact you during the activity.


Our Group Lessons run for 40 minutes. Please make sure you are on time for pick up if you choose to leave!
