Aggie loves helping people learn to live a healthy lifestyle and gain confidence in themselves, as well as improve their fitness. She has taught group fitness since 1984, and done personal training since 1991. Aggie specializes in working with people with medical conditions, having worked with physical therapists since 1991, and helps people transition from therapy to independent exercise. She also enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, focusing on functional fitness and balance to enhance and maintain quality of life. She believes there is a way for everyone to work around obstacles using the right tools for each person to improve.
