Eric has been super active his whole life with the majority of it being sports. After playing basketball through high school and college he continues to specialize in sport/agility/strength training. He has been doing personal training for 8+ years and is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine. When not at the gym he can be found making and producing music. Eric believes in keeping people engaged and not getting bored with their fitness journey, and for that reason he has a big bag of tricks that he can dig into and share with the people he works with. His goal is to help as many people reach their goals as possible and fun having doing it!
