Izzi just trains differently, she has been involved in Athletic Training along with strength and conditioning for almost 2 decades. Specializing in Sports Performance and injury prevention, she has experience spanning from the professional level to middle school athletes around the country. Izzi’s training techniques and program design is built on a foundation of injury prevention while making a good athlete great. Use of Biomechanic evaluation with video, neurological training and reflexive performance reset (RPR), all programs are tailored to the unique needs of the athlete.
Izzi also works with pre and post operative patients for ultimate results and care before and after surgery.
