After spending years as an active member at the gym and dedicated participant in group fitness classes, Becca decided it was time for her to take the stage as a group fitness instructor in 2012. She is certified in Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step, CXWORX and RPM. Her love for people and the joy of watching them obtain their fitness goals in the group setting led her to obtain her NASM personal training certification as a way to connect with people and serve them on a more personal level.
When Becca is not at the gym, she enjoys participating in fun runs and competitions including half marathons and duathlons. Her hobbies include camping, hiking, and snowboarding. She believes it is important to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle as a way to achieve better quality of life.
