Workout Overview

This is a bodyweight workout where you work at your own pace and try to finish as fast as you can. You can break it apart however you want to! Time cap is 30 minutes! Use your smartphone, fitness tracker, or watch to count down 30 minutes.

Warm Up

Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Start Your 30 Minute Countdown

Our work out starts with a 400 meter run (just under 1/4 mile).

Next, you do 100 reps of each of the following moves:

  1. Lateral squat jumps
  2. Burpie pushups
  3. Jump lunges
  4. Mountain climbers (R+L=1)
  5. Pushup heel clicker
  6. Tuck jumps
  7. Lateral leaps (R+L=1)

Finish the workout with another 400 meter run.
