Workout Overview

This is an interval timer based workout using the granite travelfit workout kit. Only 4 movement patterns to keep it simple but utilizing all muscle groups to keep your intensity up!

Timer Settings - Set your timer to 60 seconds work, 15 seconds rest x 4 intervals (5 rounds). After doing this round fully, rest 30 seconds and repeat!

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Let's Start the Workout

Begin the workout with 2 minutes of Jump Rope and follow with these moves:

  1. Inchworm pushup, mountain climber 4, pushup, long jump – turn!
  2. Lunge with isometric lat hold
  3. Donkey kick burpies with lateral plank step
  4. Leap 4, high knee run 8

Finish the workout another 2 minutes of Jump Rope.
