Workout Overview

7/4 will be numbers you remember after this workout where you work at your own pace and try to finget as far as you can. Time cap is 30 minutes!

Timer Settings - Set your timer to 30:00 countdown.

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Let's Start the Workout

Begin with jumprope for 2 minutes

Set #1

  • 7 reps: burpie claps
  • 4 reps: pushups
  • 5 rounds
  • Jumprope 60 seconds!

Set #2

  • 7 reps: squat jumps
  • 4 reps: lunge & lat pull
  • 5 rounds
  • Jumprope 60 seconds!

Set #3

  • 7 reps: block shot jump w/ heel click
  • 4 reps: pushup plank jack
  • 5 rounds
  • Jumprope 60 seconds!

Set #4

  • 7 reps: tube bicep curls
  • 4 reps: tube overhead press
  • 5 rounds
  • Jumprope 60 seconds!

If you complete all of the above, repeat everything but reduce jumprope time to 45 seconds!

If you make it through again, repeat everything but reduce jumprope time to 30 seconds!

And if you make it through again, repeat everything but reduce jumprope time to 15 seconds!
