Timer Settings - Set your timer to 30:00 countdown.
Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.
Round 1 – jump rope 90 seconds, 50 reps of each move
Round 2 – jump rope 90 seconds, 40 reps of each move
Round 3 – jump rope 90 seconds, 30 reps of each move
Round 4 – jump rope 90 seconds, 20 reps of each move
Round 5 – jump rope 90 seconds, 10 reps of each move
