Workout Overview

This is an every minute on the minute workout. When the minute begins, so do you. The harder you work, the more rest time you get!

Timer Settings - 1 min. Work/1 min. Work/1 min. Work/1 min. Work/1 min. Rest x 4 rounds

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Let's Start the Workout

Jumprope 2:30 to start

Start each round, you have a minute to get through the workout set. You'll complete each round 4 times before you break and continue to the next round. Remember, you can add additional reps of each workout if you finish the set within the minute.

Round 1 (4 times) – squat jump 10, mountain climber R/L 10, pushup 10.

Round 2 (4 times) – burpies 10, jump lunge R/L 10, long jump 180 turn 10

Round 3 (4 times) – high knee run R/L 10, tuck jump 10, bolt pushup 10

Round 4 (4 times) – lateral bear crawl 10 steps side to side, air jack 10, leap R/L 10

Finish with rounds 1-4 back to back

Jumprope 2:30 to finish
