Viva Las Vegas! This workout is inspired from pulling slot machines in Las Vegas hoping for that triple 7.
Timer Settings - 7 Minutes of Work, 1 Minute of Rest (4 Rounds)
Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Round 1 (repeat 3 sets) – Snowboarder Jumps (R/L = 1 rep) x7, Inchworm Pushups x7, Wide Mountain Climber (R/L=1 rep) x7
Round 2 (repeat 3 sets) – Block Shot Jumps x7, Burpie x7, Tricep Pushup x7
Round 3 (repeat 3 sets) – Frog Jump Mountain Climbers x7, Lateral Squat Jump (R/L = 1 rep) x7, 180 Degree Burpie x7
