Less cardio in this workout – more focus on strength. There will be a lot of time uner tension for the working muscles so expect for that little tube to deliver a big burn!! **you can drop the number of total sets if needed!

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Round 2 (repeat 4 sets) – Side Squats (R/L=1 rep) x12, Right Leg Tube Kickouts x12, Right Leg Tube Kickbacks x12, Left Leg Tube Kickouts x12, Left Leg Tube Kickbacks x12, Squat Jump Heel Clicks x50
