Workout Overview

Less cardio in this workout – more focus on strength. There will be a lot of time uner tension for the working muscles so expect for that little tube to deliver a big burn!! **you can drop the number of total sets if needed!

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Round 1 (repeat 5 sets) – Squat Tube Press x12, Press Only x12, Lat Pull x12, Rear Delt Pull x12, Mountain Climbers x50

Round 2 (repeat 4 sets) – Side Squats (R/L=1 rep) x12, Right Leg Tube Kickouts x12, Right Leg Tube Kickbacks x12, Left Leg Tube Kickouts x12, Left Leg Tube Kickbacks x12, Squat Jump Heel Clicks x50

Round 3 (repeat 3 sets) – Bicep Tube Curls x12, Upright Row x12, Tricep Pushups x12, Plank Jack 50 seconds

Round 4 (repeat 2 sets) – Pushups x12, High Knee x50

Round 5 (repeat 1 set) - Jump Rope 100 Skips
