Workout Overview

One of my biggest struggles while traveling (and especially camping) is uneven ground. It can be really hard to do a workout on uneven ground, especially if that workout involves jumping. This weeks workout gives you the opportunity to stay grounded, keep it simple and push as hard as you want to. You just need to find a heavy object – approximately 10 lbs!

Timer Settings - 30 Minutes Countdown

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Let's Start the Workout

Start Your Timer!

Jog 400 meters or run/fast feet on the spot for 90 seconds!

Set 1 – Burpie Clap

Set 2 – Pushups (nose to ground)

Set 3 – Lunges Right

Set 4 – Overhead Toe Squats

Set 5 - Lunges Left

Set 6 - Overhead Toe Squats

Set 7 - Burpie Claps

Repeat as many times as you can in 30 minutes! You can include the run every time or just repeat the set!
