Workout Overview

Fast and Furious 10 minute workout!

Timer Settings - 50 second intervals with 10 second rest

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.

Let's Start the Workout

5 Burpies / 5 Pushups - 5 rounds

Set 1 – Lateral Leaps

Set 2 – Burpie to Y-jumps

Set 3 – Jump Knees

Set 4 – Squat Thrust Rear Delt Pull

Set 5 - High Knee Run, 180deg Squat Jump

Set 6 - Drop Jump In/Tuck/Land

Set 7 - X Jump Pushups, High Knee Run Back

Set 8 - Backstep Lunge with Lat Hold

Set 9 - Mountain Climbers 10x, 2 Tricep Pushups

5 Burpies / 5 Pushups - 5 rounds

If you wanted to extend the workout, immediately after the 50 squats, start the 9 minute circuit again! Do it for as many rounds as you want to!
