Workout Overview

10 minute hiit style workout (repeat as necessary)

Warm Up

Warm up for 3-5 minutes prior to this workout. Ideal exercises to warmup with include squats, lunges, squat jumps, pushups, slow burpies, jogging, and lateral leaps.
