A HYROX class consists of strength work combined with functional strength and endurance training. Athletes get to experience programming that mixes sandbags, sleds, kettlebells, dumbbells, ski ergs, rowers, and running. All levels are welcome! The movements are functional, scalable, and easy to learn.
By attending a HYROX class an athlete can expect to gain strength and fitness that will transfer to many sports, not just HYROX. This class will challenge you mentally and physically.
